Capture not working in RDP Session when screen is off

Hi Community,

Need your support to understand the issue.

 

In one of my bot the capture is working fine when I’m running on the system with the screen on but when I schedule it at mid night and when My screen is off the capture operation is failing.

Hi @shafeez at tasl ,

it means that the RDP session is not getting logged out properly which is in fact affecting the unattended automation. You may use either of the below step and let me know the result

Hi Tamil Arasu10,

I followed the steps and also executed the batch file shared by you but still the bot is not running.

 

The bot is failing at a specific capture step when the server screen is off but working fine when the screen is on.

Thank you for your assistance. After redeployng the AA Agent the bot is running as expected.
