6 times uninstalling and installing it again because it won’t go to the next step even the extension is already on

@LykaG Try disabling any firewall, anti-virus, and VPN software. It could be causing a communication issue.

If this is a corporate computer, have your IT department check to ensure any Automation Anywhere domains aren’t filtered.

Hi LykaG, I recently faced a similar issue. In my case, the system time was incorrect, which caused the connection to fail. After correcting the time settings, the device connected successfully.
