Can't see notifications within the notification "bell"

Hello, 

I’ve just installed A360 v27 (on-prem) in one of our servers and I’ve enabled (with AAE_Admin account) the notifications. However, no notification pops up when sth happens (e.g. export bot, run bot) for any user, any ideas?

You need manage the notifications (event categories) according the follow documentation
