Can't open Automation menu. with "generic.server.exception"

From today, can’t open Automation menu  with "generic.server.exception"

on all our Client pc.

restart, chenge browser not work.

anyone has encountered a similar issue or knows of a potential solution,

please kindly share your knowledge and expertise.?
