Build a template bot

@joaoMMs01  You can create a generic / template  Task bot in control room with developer license.

like framework bot, if you wanted our side AA commands or functionalities  you can create a package and use in bots

I suggest start with Task bot in control room first.

@rbkadiyam I can make a package to build a default structure in taskBot? example: Try and catch, comentaries, steps, create variables, set string actions, etc?
