Browser Close stop Automation Anywhere Bot Agent

Hello everyone! I'm having problems running "Browser: Close". When I tell it to close all browsers it does so, but it immediately stops the bot agent. Before I didn't stop it and continued working. Can someone help you with this please?

This isn’t expected behavior for the Bot Agent, recommend you reach out to support@automationanywhere.com to help troubleshoot the issues with your Bot Agent.

In the above, does the message box display before the Bot Agent stops? Have you tried Restarting the Automation Anywhere Bot Agent Service. You may want to try to uninstall and reinstall the bot agent and see if that helps.

No, no message appears. It simply closes after the browser close line is executed, without going any further. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the agent, but it still doesn't work. Any idea what it could be?
