BotInsight - PowerBI " User with this role is not authorized to access the Bot Insight APIs"

I am trying to use BotInsight-PowerBI

Set the corresponding roles

BOT_Insight Admin

BOT INSIGHT license for the user

API Key permissions

With the SWAGGER it works well for me, the gettasklogdata brings me data, after creating the ApiKey.

 

But when I connect to PowerBI, the report shows the following message

"User with this role is not authorized to access the Bot Insight APIs"

Hi @Gabriel O​ ,

 

Ensure that your user name is registered in the Control Room and that you have the Bot Insight Admin, AAE_Admin, or the Bot Insight COE Admin role assigned to you.

I have BotInsight Admin, except COE y Admin. But, I did the test in other CR a works fine, with only :

 

BOT_Insight Admin

BOT INSIGHT license for the user

API Key permissions
