I met a issue occasionally when I run a bot. Generally, the bot process is good, however, sometimes, it just stuck in the process “connecting device”. Even I leave it for 2 hours, it is still there. Finally, I try to click the ‘cancel’ button, and then with no any notification, it still run quietly. So that I cannot run another bot with the same account. In the case, I can find the bot mission with ‘unknown’ status at ‘in progress activity’ list. And I cannot close it directly.

My friend often try to reboot the whole server to reset the process. But sometimes, bots from other users are still run, I cannot directly reboot. What can I do now.

The image below showed the stuck case. Around half an month would appear 1 time.
