Bot store bot working only in specific machine

Hi Everyone,

I have downloaded a botstore bot-Word to PDF converter -https://botstore.automationanywhere.com/bot/word-document-to-pdf

But this bot seems to be working only in developer machine ,when i tried to move a process which uses botstore bot into production runner I’m receving this error :

Exception occurred during DLL execution : Namespace 'WordtoPDF' or Class 'WordtoPDF' not found

So can anyone please help me out here?
