Hello @Aaron Saunders , Try following steps.
- Stop the Bot agent service.
- Navigate to C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\AutomationAnywhere and delete the files present there after taking a backup.
- Start the Bot agent service and try to run the bot.
