device and adding the device back but no luck.

Hello @Aaron Saunders​ , Try following steps.

  1. Stop the Bot agent service.
  2. Navigate to C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\AutomationAnywhere and delete the files present there after taking a backup.
  3. Start the Bot agent service and try to run the bot.
