Bot recorder no longer no longer works to recapture object, any reason why?

I'm getting the attached error message when attempting to recpature and object. It was working previously, not sure what happened. I'm using Automation 360 and the google chrome extension I'm using is correct and up to date. Please help.

    Can you please refresh the window by manually and give it try to capture the window.
