Bot not running while remote dsektop is in disconnect stage

in Automation anywhere BOT is not able to sign in an application while remote desktop is in disconnected stage ( we use batch file to disconnect the RDP machine )

@tusharwadhane  have you provided auto login details under settings at vdi level ?
