Hi all,

I face this issue multiple times  during bot run in single day

“Bot Launcher for user session  crashed”

please help me to short out this issue.

Rebooting the machine where Bot Agent runs worked for me. Just reboot the machine periodically.


Try clearing global cache & log in the CR. This issue might be occurring for on prem installation also check the disk space.

Hi Team,

I am also facing the same issue, can anyone suggest a permanent solution as restarting the machine every time the issue occurs seems a workaround.
