Bot failure in PROD, But working fine in DEV

Hello, ​@raam_1, unfortunately since you provide very little detail, it is difficult to help you. If I was coming into the situation knowing nothing more than what you have shared (which is nothing), here is where I would start:

   1. What do the bot logs tell me (you ARE following best practices on logging, right?)?

   2. Are the bot runner environments different between Dev and prod (Operating System, installed applications, Windows update levels, etc.)?

   3. Can I break down my process into smaller pieces and narrow down where it is failing? If I am (again following best practices) splitting the process into modular subtasks, does it fail in prod right away, or in one of the subtasks? Anything to help me narrow it down.
