Hi , 

 

We recently had a server restart. Post that we are not able to access anything in the document automation. It gives the error as “Bad gateway 502”. I suspect some of the services to be down which is giving this error. Which are the services I should check and enable. Or is this something else.

@naman.pathak110893 I might suggest opening a trouble ticket with support: support@automationanywhere.com 

Also, check the basics: Free disk space, check server logs, etc.
