I upgraded AA Control Room 360 and IQ Bot 360 to latest version but I get the" bad gateway" error on both URLs,

 

I tried to troubleshoot according to suggestions in:

but the problem is still occurring and services are down.

 

troubleshoot steps which I performed

  1. Services are started and using AD accounts
  2. SQL is accessible 
  3. Health Check URL (http://localhost:8100/healthcheck) shows services are be ok

 

Would you please help me with this?

Hello @reza niazian​ Please review the WebCR log from Control Room while reproducing the eissue. The default log location is C:\ProgramData\AutomationAnywhere\Logs
