I upgraded AA Control Room 360 and IQ Bot 360 to latest version but I get the" bad gateway" error on both URLs,
I tried to troubleshoot according to suggestions in:
- Apeople :https://apeople.automationanywhere.com/s/question/0D56F00007jtFP2SAM/in-control-room-it-is-showing-bad-gateway-even-after-restarting-the-services
but the problem is still occurring and services are down.
troubleshoot steps which I performed
- Services are started and using AD accounts
- SQL is accessible
- Health Check URL (http://localhost:8100/healthcheck) shows services are be ok
