Hi All,

All of a sudden, we started getting bad gateway error while launching the control room URL. I have tried restarting the servers and also services, but still the issue persists. Can you let me know, what else can be done.

  1. Ensure the Database server is up and running and connectivity to the Database server is success from CR server.
  2. Review the WebCR.log file located by default at C:\ProgramData\AutomationAnywhere\Logs

@vineeth Nagishetty

Verify diskspace where you have installed the Control-Room. It requires at least 25% free space.

Also check database status and the logs folder

Let us know your feedback.
