Hi @raheel.ashraf ,

 

I hope you have by mistakenly mentioned Community edition. Because, for the community edition, you just have to install only the BOT agent and community edition link will be shared with you through your registered email ID.

yes I mistakenly mentioned community edition, its enterprise edition that you get from the automation anywhere partner portal.

Please check any relevant message in log files  from Control-Room. Check the most recent updated logfile.

C:\ProgramData\AutomationAnywhere\Logs

Also, check Event Viewer from  Windows if you able to see any error message.

Please checkout below documentation whether you have all the required pre requisites before starting the installation, if this is not helping you I'd recommend placing a support case with AA for further assistance.

yes I mistakenly mentioned community edition, its enterprise edition that you get from the automation anywhere partner portal.

 

If you are planning the installation for testing purpose, I would recommend installing it through Express method. 

Otherwise, please refer the documentation regarding the prerequisites for the Custom installation.
