I am unable to connect Computer to Control room after installing the Bot agent in Automation anywhere automation 360 enterprise edition. Please help me and see the below screenshot.

Is this the On-prem control Room?


@Gnanasatyasai check if there is any SSL certificate using and installed into the machine

Hello @Gnanasatyasai Please review the Nodemanager.log file from the following location to identify the issue.

C:\ProgramData\AutomationAnywhere\Logs
