Automation anywhere automation 360 enterprise edition unable to connect Computer to Control room

I am unable to connect Computer to Control room after installing the Bot agent in Automation anywhere automation 360 enterprise edition. Please help me and see the below screenshot.

Hello @Gnanasatyasai Please review the Nodemanager.log file from the following location to identify the issue.

C:\ProgramData\AutomationAnywhere\Logs
