Automation 360 Enterprise On-Premise | Error when use a Clipboard command (Clear Clipboard )

Hi Everyone

I am receiving an error when use a Clipboard command (Clear Clipboard ). 

 

The scenery of case is : Bot copy information of de system and save to table into to loop. (Enough information). The problem is in random time it shows the error "Error en OpenClipboard" and stop the bot.

 

I try to use un delay after de clear clipboard.

Thank you for contacting Automation Anywhere.

 

As you are running the Bot in a loop so for every iteration after copying the data and saving it into the table provide some delays, then clear the clipboard and provide 1 second of delay before starting the new loop.

 

If you still find the problem then please raise a Support Case as this use case will require detailed investigation and log analysis to find the root cause of this issue.

 

When you are creating a Support Case then please provide detailed information about the use case and share the Debug level logs as well as the Data you are copying and saving into the table.
