Anyone can give me some sample of : Should not involve any judgment call

Dear,

I'm studying the RPA course, in one course, it mentions that the process could be automated should not involve any judgmental call, How to understand it?

In RPA project, of course, we have some judgements in IF condition, right?

Judgmental call means: need to judge according to human's experiments?

Per my understanding, RPA should be executed for rule-based process, it's another meaning of non-judgmental call, right?
