Anchor Capture not working

Do we have anchor based capture in AA360? I saw an “Anchor” option in Recorder-->Capture, but whenever I am trying to use it, it's not highlighting anything in the screen and I am not able to capture.

In my use case, controls are dynamic, so wanted to capture based on its label (using anchor).

Please suggest.
