Could you please verify whether the Bot Agent Services is running or not?

Services is running and i can edit other bot on that device. Below are the troubleshooting i made but still no luck.

1. restart server including control room and bot agent
2. turn off firewall both control room and bot agent

Many of the instances were down yesterday it seems everything is fixed and working now, you can check it here https://status.automationanywhere.digital//p>
