Delete temporary files: Clear out temporary files that might be causing conflicts. You can do this by running disk cleanup or deleting files in the %temp% folder. the restart the machine

Thank you Jasthi, I did it as you said, however, it is still giving the same error.

The things I have tried are:

• Deleting the temporary files.
• Restarting the machine.
• Replacing the file with another one, in case it is corrupted.
