I'm trying to record a remote desktop operation using the AISsnse recorder.
But when I start the recorder and the first click, AA displays an error message.
After that, the operation cannot be recorded.
message: 「レコーダーで内部エラーが発生しました。記録を停止して、もう一度お試しください。」
I tried the following:
・Reboot the PC
・Disconnect the expanding display.
・Change the display resolution to 1920 x 1080.
・Disconnect all USB devices

AISenseを利用して、リモートデスクトップ先の操作を記録しようとしています。
レコーダーを立ち上げて、一度目のクリックでエラーが表示されてしまい。
その後、操作が記録されません。
表示されるメッセージ：「レコーダーで内部エラーが発生しました。記録を停止して、もう一度お試しください。」
試したこと
・PC再起動
・拡張しているモニターを外す
・解像度を1920×1080に変更する
・USB接続しているデバイスをすべて外す。
