[Advice] Logging configuration

Hi everyone,

A piece of advice in case you have to extract logs. By default the retention duration is very short. If for example a problem occurs on Saturday and you start investigating on Monday morning, the logs have already been rotated.

To avoid that, go to the Control Room and choose 100 files of 100 MB 

Then connect to the VM, go to C:\Program Files\Automation Anywhere\Bot Agent\config backup the files botlauncher-logging.xml and nodemanager-logging.xml

Then modify them, from <IfLastModified age="1d"/> to <IfLastModified age="30d"/> else the logs are rotated after only one day
