AAE Client Compatibility with Product Application.

Hi,

 

We're using AAE tool to develop BOT's for our product applications. 

One of our product application is not responding to AAE & we tried with commands like, Keystrokes, Object cloning, Manage window control, Image recognition.

Application window is not at all responding to above commands.

We tried with smart recorder also but the window is not detecting in select window.

We tried also by installing java plugins.

 

We need help from AAE to find solution for this issue.

    Hi @Etukuri Harish​ ,

     

    I believe you're using the Automation Anywhere 11 client.

    Sometimes, the legacy applications are not captured properly by using above mentioned commands. Please check out the other possible to connect applications by using APIs or Databases. However, you can use it to capture positions based on X,Y coordinates (Object cloning) this might helps sometimes.
