A360 On premise , Local device disconnected

I have successfully installed the control room and configure , 

Had tested with MessageBox several days ago and it works

With unknown reason, all device is disconnected now unexpectedly , 

 

Any pontential reason for this

    Hi @Wangyx ,

    Please log into the bot runner device and attempt to reconnect the device. If that doesn't work, try restarting the AA bot agent on either the bot runner or bot creator device.
