I’m encountering some inconsistent issues when deploying bots to their designated bot runner devices (i.e., Virtual Machines).

Here’s what’s happening:

I schedule the devices for their allocated times (e.g.8:00 AM). However, when I check later, I notice that the bot hasn’t run as expected.

Upon reviewing the Historical Activity tab (Activity>Historical), there’s no record of the bot ever being executed.

Is anyone else experiencing similar issues? I’m wondering if this might be a problem on Automation Anywhere end.

Let’s isolate the problem.

1. Can you run the automation on demand on a bot runner, e.g., using Run Now/Run Task Bot from Public?

2. Are *any* of your schedules working? If so, did you create the schedule or did someone else?

3. How far ahead did you schedule this automation?

Hi Aaron,

In response to your Questions:

  1. Yes,
  2. Yes, I have created some myself and others have created some also.
  3. Its a daily schedule, but the schedule itself with created few days before the schedule ran.

I have restarted My Virtual Machines (as they have not been restarted for sometime) and will see if this helps.
