A360 - chrome plug-in issue

I get below error in chrome. The required chrome plugin (Automation 360 v3.2.0.1) is installed on the machine. Please help to resolve the issue.

Also, we are not able to refresh the plug-in (disable and enable) as it is disabled to us due to organization policy. Please see below screenshot. Please do let me know any alternate way to refresh the plug-in.
