To solve this issue.
open command prompt or terminal, use ‘whoami’. take the user name and paste it in device credential and update it.
Profile>My setting>Device>Username

Step:1 Open Command Prompt and type “whoami” followed by Enter, Copy the details about your machine.
Step:2 Login to Automation anywhere and click on settings → Devices → Enter the Machine Details and click on Save Changes, like image below.
If you are still not able to connect,
Click on Manage → Devices → Delete the Device and try to re-connect the Bot Agent aslike image below
This will solve this issue.
