Use of Windows Hello PIN results in Device Credentials Error

I’m using windows hello PIN for login the device. This is the default sign in method. I’m not using Device login password. Control Room is not accepting Windows Pin as device login credentials and unable to run the bot. Please suggest the solution to this issue.
