Upgrade Community Version to Enterprise Version

Hello~
I am new here, I have recently developed a bot using Community Edition but now I want to deploy and schedule that bot. So I want to upgrade Community Edition into Enterprise Edition. There is a line saying “Upgrade to Enterprise….” on Community Edition Control Room. I have clicked and requested by mailing for a few times. But still I haven’t got any respond. How to upgrate? Is there any other steps?

Thanks for your response! I have tried with mentioned links for a few times, but did not get any respond. I also checked spam folder, too. But there was no any related response~
