Updating Bot version

Can you share the Screenshot how you are verifying the version?

Can you uninstall Bot Agent and try to install again via Control Room, it should install latest version in your machine.

Gotcha, Latest CR version is.23 and Latest Bot Agent Version is 21.121.12191 which you already have.
