I need to register a new device with my control room, but I am not allowed to delete my old device because there is an active bot run stuck in progress which I am unable to stop from the activity tab.

How to delete the existing device or how to remove the in progress task from device:
- Install the postman desktop app.
- Create post request for authentication.
- Create another post for device reset.
