Unable to set up credentials

Kindly check your username with cmd  and set it into Nome de usuário

C:\Users>whoami

mydomain\raul.jaimes

C:\Users>

Hello,the cmd commands you sent me did not work. I entered the folder manually and the name is as 

I put it in the credentials, but the error not found still occurs

To use the command whoami  is as follows:

It returns your username with the domain.

Try to discard the blank space in your username.

Now I managed to do the command in the CMD, thanks, but still copying the username from the CMD and pasting it in the credentials, the same error continues!

Are you using special characters in the password ? If so, try to change it by a simple password.
