I guess you are using Community Edtion.

Try the following:

1.-Verify if you able to get Ok in websocket protocol browsing to 

https://websocketstest.com/

 

 

2.-Check log file  C:\ProgramData\AutomationAnywhere\BotRunner\Logs\Node_Manager.log

An identify Error or Fatal  messages.  If apply, please post some messages here.

3.-Perform the AADiagnostic Utility to identify the issue.  Test the available options:
