Question

Unable to make changes in few existing automations

Forum|alt.badge.img+3

Hello,

We have bots in our AA360 control room. When I tried to make changes in few bots that are developed by me, I’m getting an error like “No Connection control room” but I’m able to make changes in other bots in the same control room. I tried copying and making changes but still it is giving same error. Could someone please help in resolving the issue.

Attached the screenshot for your reference.

Try copying and pasting the actions into a new task bot (using the Copy to Shared Clipboard/Paste from Shared Clipboard). See if this task bot has just become corrupted and the Control Room doesn’t know how to report it to you, other than to say, “no connection to control room”.

You can also try checking in the task bot, exporting it, then re-importing it back into your private workspace.

Hi Aaron,

Thanks for your response.

I tried copying and pasting but it didn’t work. Exporting and importing into private workspace worked. Now I’m able to make changes. Thanks for your help.

What could be the reasons for the task bot getting corrupted?

the reasons for the task bot getting corrupted :

Incomplete Processes: If a bot process is interrupted or doesn't complete naturally, it can lead to corruption.
Browser Data Issues: Problems with browser data or cache can cause connectivity issues with the control room.
Network Issues: Unstable network connections can lead to incomplete data transfers, resulting in bot corruption.
