Unable to login Control Room

 I have registered for APA training on 20 Aug 2025. I was able to login with the credentials provided for control room- Log in | Control Room | Automation Anywhere. Later got message on control room that some migration is going on and control room will no longer be accessible. Now I am not able to login with the given creds. Also I am trying to reset password but not getting any mail for resetting password.
