Unable to launch software

I installed the community edition and was able to install the application successfully. My PC meets the hardware specs and I am on windows 11 and using trendmicro.
I tried launching the apps a few times and was not successful. Have done the following:

a) Reinstall and restarted the software. No reported errors.
b) Disabled TM to ensure that this is not causing the issue.
c) Tried to launch again.The apps just wont launch.

Can anyone assist please?

Our software is browser based. To install it, you would have had to launch it in the browser. Installing the Bot Agent software is the only local software you need to install. It is installed as a service and does not need to be run manually. There are no “apps”, just the website.

If you need further assistance, please include screen shots, error messages, and the steps you’re trying to take to execute the Community Edition.
