Unable to get reset password for community edition

Hi all,

I have registered automation anywhere community edition. I got acknowledgement mail with Launch community edition Url. But I am not get credentials to login, So i used registered mail id and click reset password link. Now am not get the reset password link from the registered mail id. 

How can I access the community edition now.
