unable to connect the Local device , it was worked for 2 times and then it throw "Error code: devicemanagement.register.validation.single.device" when i click on run button or device icon inside BOT Flow. I have installed only one agent in my machin

@Gopinath Nagarajan​  - follow below steps

1) Go to devices - remove the ALL devices (which are listed - mostly one will be there still remove that one also)

2) now try to Add device (by clicking 1st icon on table - Add Local Device)

3) Restart the BOT AGENT from services

i'm also facing the same issue..

in devices window, option is not getting enable to delete the device.

and also can you pls tell the service name, i'm not able to find out bot agent service in Task manager -> Services.

as metion in the above i have restarated the service, deleted the divices and tried connecting to the divice but still i'm not able to connect
