Unable to Access Control Room

I'm facing the attached error (UM1110 – Incorrect Username or Password) when trying to log in to the Control Room using the credentials provided as part of the AI Automation Engineer Certification course.

I'm using the correct Control Room URL provided in the course:

https://aa-community.cloud.automationanywhere.digital/

I also tried using the Forgot Password option, but I haven't received any password reset email.

I followed the steps provided by the Automation Anywhere Learning Team in the attached document to access the Support Portal.

However, I'm receiving the following error:

"You are not authorized to access this page. Kindly reach out to your Account Executive / Company Administrator to enable access."

I've attached a screenshot of the error for your reference.

I also had a troubleshooting session with the Automation Anywhere Support Team. Unfortunately, they were unable to resolve the issue and advised me to reach out to your team for further assistance.

Could you please help me resolve this issue so I can continue with the certification course?
