Unable to access Automation anywhere 360 control room (Enterprise license)

Hello guys,

 

we have done system restart after that unable to access control room server.

getting error as bad gateway. kindly assist how to resolve this issue.

You can check the ActiveMQ logs under the %programdata%\Automation Anywhere\logs folder.

Probably, it will show any issues with the database connectivity or if DB transaction logs are full.

we have received the issue by changing the Database server password
