The AARI Assistant is currently not available for users without an Attended user license.

 

This Error Message is recived many time and it works fine , only once after reset of passowrd. Just a big RPA Application and it cannot solve , just a small bug. AA Team, Please Wake up

Hi @sushant 6105 ,

 

Kindly check and confirm the below mentioned things.

  • Automation Anywhere AARI service running in the background. If it is stopped, please start it again and try.
  • Check and confirm whether the User ID through which you are trying to access AARI has the Attended BOT runner license assigned or not. If not, please assign and try again.

Please note: This is designed only for the Users with Attended BOT Runner license.

If you're receiving an error message saying that the AARI Assistant is not available for users without an Attended user license, it means that either you or your organization does not have a valid Attended user license. In order to use the AARI Assistant, you will need to obtain an Attended user license from Automation Anywhere. This license is required in order to use the AARI Assistant and other Attended Automation features. If you believe that you already have a valid Attended user license, you should check with your system administrator to ensure that it is properly configured and that you have the correct permissions to use the AARI Assistant.
