Temperory password mail not received

Hello AA,

I am trying to login into AA community edition but still now i didn’t receive any temperory mail and also i am trying to reset the password by using forget password but still now i haven’t received any of the mail regarding to this.

please kindly help me to get it solved.

When this happens, try the following:

  1. Check your spam/junk folder to see if the email went there.
  2. Some mail servers are slow -- give it several hours in some cases for the email to appear.
  3. Check with your company’s IT department and see if they filtered the email before it reached you. See if they can allow-list emails from the @automationanywhere.com domain.
  4. If all that doesn’t work, try creating an account from a GMail address. Those usually go through.
