Hi Mrugesh,

As per the screenshot your device is not connected.

  1. Delete the Device
  2. Install new bot agent and check the correct credential from the domain or workgroup you are using A360.

Hi Maulesh,

Have done this process too. It didn't worked for me. It seems like only thing remaining is to reset it.

Hi Mrugesh,

If still did not work then later today can reach out to me.

Hi @Mrugesh Chaudhary

Can you try below solution

https://chandmohammad.hashnode.dev/how-to-reset-your-automation-anywhere-device-using-api-in-postman-a-step-by-step-guide

@Mrugesh Chaudhary

Solution 1:
If the V11 client is already present when you install the Automation anywhere bot agent service, do not uninstall the V11 Client after installing the Bot agent, follow the below sequence for the same:-

  • Uninstall Both the v11 client and A360 bot agent.
  • Now install the A360 bot agent again.

Note:- Only follow this step when you have a V11 client already present and you wanted to uninstall the V11 client.

Solution2:
Check the Node manager logs for the below error:-

2022-Dec-06 Tue 17:41:40.463 ERROR Opool-4-thread-1] - com.automationanywhere.nodemanager.service.impl.UserBotSessionServiceImpl - {deploymentId=f876631a-49ab-435c-bf6f-970fabfed57d_d4d8138d667b16e6, traceId=d4d8138d667b16e6} - getBotSession(UserBotSessionServiceImpl.java:189) - Auto-login credentials may not be set or may be incorrect com.sun.jna.platform.win32.Win32Exception: An attempt was made to reference a token that does not exist.

Now validate the below registry entries, if not present add the same and run the bot.
