Option to create a work queue in A 360 Community?

Where can I create Work Queue in A 360 community edition, I could’t find an option to do this, can anyone help me on this?

The option to create a Work Queue is not available in the Automation 360 Community Edition. This feature is only available in the Enterprise Edition.
