Hi everyone,

We’re looking to expand our RPA development team with remote talent and are exploring best practices for onboarding developers in Automation Anywhere, especially those handling complex bots and process automations.

Has anyone worked with remote hires sourced through a remote recruitment agency like CrewBloom? I’m particularly curious about:

  • Efficient ways to provide secure access to Control Room and bot repositories for remote developers

  • Training strategies to ensure remote hires understand existing bot architectures and best practices

  • Collaboration methods for distributed teams when maintaining or updating automation workflows

Any advice, workflows, or lessons learned would be really helpful!

Thanks in advance.
