Not receiving emails for CE credentials or password reset - round 2

Starting a new thread here since i didn’t get a response. 


I haven’t received any emails, nothing in spam,  waited hours/days.   can’t log in, someone please help.

There are multiple threads on this topic including one I answered yesterday. 

1. Contact your IT department to see if they filtered the email.

2. Have your IT department allow-list emails from the domain.

3. Sign up using Gmail.

  I tried google account, that didn’t work either..

I re-signed up for gmail and I recieved a dup account email that let me finally set a pw and log in. 

all set.
